Grosse Pointe Public Schools


Provided strategic planning and assistance for upgrading the infrastructure, including a new district-wide VOIP telephone system. Developed RFP's to maximize the 2 in 5 rule for E-Rate Priority 2 products and services. Submitted applications for a total of $1,050,495.00 in eligible Priority 1 and 2 E-Rate funding. Currently working with this district to implement a $1.3million ARRA project.

Hamtramck Public Schools


Provided strategic planning and assistance for upgrading the infrastructure, including switches, routers, cabling, eligible servers and a VOIP telephone system. Developed RFP's to maximize the 2 in 5 rule for E-Rate Priority 2 products and services. Submitted applications for a total of $3,068,285.00 in eligible Priority 1 and 2 E-Rate funding. Selective Review by USAC/SLD in November 2007 for FY2005/06 Priority 2 applications with zero compliance issues.

Inkster Public Schools


Developed RFP's for county-wide telecommunications services which reduced total actual expenses up to 25% for each of 6 consortium member districts. Facilitated one technology plan workshop for the consortium member school districts.

Livingston Educational Service Agency


Presently the fourth largest school district in the State of Michigan, we process annual Priority 1 applications for approximately $160,000.00 in E-Rate funding disbursements and twice assisted with rewriting their educational technology plan. Audited by USAC/SLD in May 2009 for FY2007/08 applications and disbursements with zero compliance issues.

Developed RFP's to maximize the E-Rate 2 in 5 rule for Priority 2 products and services. Submitted applications for a total of $605,646.00 in eligible Priority 1 and 2 E-Rate funding.

Pima Partnership Charter Schools (Arizona)


Provided strategic planning and assistance for upgrading their infrastructure, including routers, switches, and cabling. Developed RFP's to maximize the E-Rate 2 in 5 rule for Priority 2 products and services. Submitted applications for a total of $1,136,581.00 in eligible Priority 2 E-Rate funding.

Tied as the eighth largest school district in the State of Michigan, we process annual Priority 1 applications for approximately $83,700.00 in E-Rate funding disbursements and twice assisted with rewriting their educational technology plan.

Walled Lake Consolidated Schools


Tied as the eighth largest school district in the State of Michigan, we submitted applications for more than $1,276,852.00 in Priority 1 and 2 E-Rate funding and twice assisted with rewriting their educational technology plan. Provided strategic planning and assistance for upgrading their infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless network equipment and cabling. Developed RFP's to maximize the E-Rate 2 in 5 rule for Priority 2 products and services.

Warren Consolidated Schools


Developed RFP's for county-wide Internet services for 13 consortium member school districts. Facilitated two technology plan workshops for the consortium member school districts.

Washtenaw ISD


Provided strategic planning and assistance for upgrading their infrastructure, including routers, switches, video distribution system, wireless network system, and cabling. Developed RFP's to maximize both Priority 1 and 2 E-Rate funding and submitted applications for a total of $353,000.00.
